Returns & Exchange

RETURNS:

We want you to love your purchase, but if in any case you'll like to return it, we'll be happy to offer a 14-days returns policy for online orders of regular-priced clothing items only.  

Do note that purchases from our stockists are final, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

For return requests, please go through the Returns Conditions below and ensure your item is eligible for returns, before dropping us an email at hello@silk-stories.co with the following details and we'll guide you on the return process: 

    • Order number
    • Item you wish to return
    • Reason for returning
Returns Conditions: 
  • All items have to be returned within 14 days from date of delivery
  • All items have to be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, no odours/scents (perfumes included) and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for returns 
    • Once the return request has been processed (you will receive an email from us), you may return the item in its original condition and packaging to us via your preferred mode of postage. All shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer. 
    • All refunds will be processed and returned in the form of store credits, equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. Delivery fees (if any) will not be refunded.
    • Your return request will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date we receive it.
    • Items that do not match the Returns Conditions will be rejected. Please be careful when trying on the item to avoid any potential snags on the fabric - we will not accept any items that are damaged in any way (including thread runs) or without its original packaging. 
    • Items that are discounted, purchased on sale or at offline stores are not eligible for returns.
    • For non clothing items/accessories (i.e Silk Face Masks, Silk Pillowcases and Silk Eye Masks, Silk Organza Tote Bags), we are unable to provide any returns due to hygiene reasons.

    EXCHANGES:

    Love your item but it's in the wrong size? Or changed your mind and prefer to get it in the other colour instead? We'll be happy to help!

      • If the intended item/colour for exchange is out of stock, exchange is only valid for an available item that is of the same price or lower.

      INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

      If you have received an incorrect or defective items, first of all - we're sincerely sorry about this. Do let us know as soon as possible and we can rectify this for you. Drop us an email at hello@silk-stories.co with the following details:

      • Order number
      • For defective items: Description and images of the defects
      • For incorrect item received: Product name of the item received

      If the item is available, a one-on-one exchange will be arranged via courier for orders in Singapore. If the piece is no longer in stock, a refund to your original mode of payment will be issued.

      Please make sure your items are in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags and original packaging intact in order for us to facilitate this process.Â
