Shipping
Local Orders - Singapore:
- Free delivery on all orders:
- All orders above $50 include complimentary courier delivery
- For orders below $50, normal postage via Singpost is included.
- Please allow a processing period of 1-2 days prior to the dispatch of an item, and additional working days for the order to be delivered via the delivery service provider:
- For orders dispatched via courier, you should receive your orders within 1-3 days from day of dispatch
- For orders dispatched via Singpost normal postage, do give it 3-5 days to receive your mail
- Same-day delivery options are also available with a top-up of $15 - orders to be received before 12pm SGT to be eligible for delivery on the following day.
- If you would like to change the shipping address, kindly reach out to us at hello@silk-stories.co within 12 hours from your order placement. Once orders are dispatched, you will not be able to change the shipping address.
International Orders:
- Unfortunately at the moment we do not ship internationally yet. Do reach out to us to indicate your interest and we hope to be able to fulfil your request soon!
