Please allow a processing period of 1-2 days prior to the dispatch of an item, and an additional 2-3 working days for the order to be delivered via the delivery service provider.

Unfortunately, cancellation of orders are not allowed. For changing of items or shipping information once orders have been placed, do reach out to us at orders@silk-stories.co or drop us a DM on Instagram as soon as possible and we can advise accordingly. We will try our best to help you fulfill your request, that is only if the order has not been dispatched to the courier yet.
As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will get an email notification within the same day. If you did not receive the notification or your parcel, please drop us an email at orders@silk-stories.co and we’ll look into it.
We offer a 14-days return or exchange period for all regular-priced items excluding non-clothing products/silk accessories due to hygiene reasons. All refunds will be returned in the original mode of payment. For more information, please refer to the Returns & Exchanges page.
