Where does Silk Stories ship to?

At the moment, Silk Stories only ship to Singapore and Malaysia. If you're from other countries and are keen to purchase our products, do let us know at hello@silk-stories.co!

When will my orders ship?

Please allow a processing period of 1-2 days prior to the dispatch of an item, and an additional 2-3 working days for the order to be delivered via the delivery service provider.

How much does shipping cost?

We're happy to offer free delivery for all orders within Singapore!
- All orders above $50, complimentary courier delivery is included
- For orders below $50, complimentary normal postage via Singpost is included.

For orders to Malaysia, a flat fee of $10 will be charged for all orders. Please see the Shipping page for more details.
Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?

Unfortunately, cancellation of orders are not allowed. For changing of items or shipping information once orders have been placed, do reach out to us at orders@silk-stories.co or drop us a DM on Instagram as soon as possible and we can advise accordingly. We will try our best to help you fulfill your request, that is only if the order has not been dispatched to the courier yet.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will get an email notification within the same day. If you did not receive the notification or your parcel, please drop us an email at orders@silk-stories.co and we’ll look into it.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

We offer a 14-days return or exchange period for all items excluding sale items or the Silk Face Masks. All refunds will be returned in the form of store credits. For more information, please refer to the Returns & Exchanges page.
